The first few chapters kept me asking "why?" and as the story progressed, I eventually got the answers to my why's. What I loved here was definitely the history that shrouded these characters and how they kept developing their characters later on; speaks to me much on growth.
Reading this felt like opening Pandora's jar. Within its few chapters, it captures everything - the feeling of bliss, relief, and well, the swift transition of pain.
Well, this was an intense read. It kept me up and anxious the entire time. There are literally red flags all over the place! It’s a very heavy read, especially with the characters’ development throughout the story. It’s tragic that none of them really had a happy ending.
It's really mind-wrecking, there is not a single moment of rest since everything keeps moving; everything keeps stirring. It also shows how these characters actions are a reflection of how their past have shaped them. It's a good read, just make sure to take breathers when you can.
There are a lot of wrong decisions being made all throughout the story. For the main characters, it might’ve been just all mind games but the severity and the impact of their every move was building up to this end. It was doomed to fail since the very beginning. It’s just mind fucking! The author really did a good job piecing all this together and ending it this way really shows the culmination that Kyunghee lost. It’s a well-crafted story.
It is amazing as it is beautiful. The entirety of its seven chapters were well executed and smoothly written that the flow really seemed natural. I liked the plot progression and despite doubting whether I should keep reading, everything just fit. It’s good overall, but it does leave a lingering sense of pain.
Although the ending was sweet, the chapters that led up to it weren’t at all. It was really heavy and raw. The intensity made their relationship intimate in a different way; and for that I give the author my commendation. It’s amazingly written and wrapped up in the end too.
I actually don’t know how to feel right now. While it’s true that the both the plot and art style are amazing and well executed; it’s the plot twists that you really didn’t see coming. The plot was all over the place and it gives you an amazing yet mind-breaking roller coaster ride. You can’t help but root for these characters and the more you get absorbed into their situations, the more it’s going to impact you at the end of this read. Overall, it’s captivating.
