sad as fuck in the beginning, then it morphs into a spine-chilling story about getting revenge and the psychological limits and horrors of human beings. the art is good, some panels though, tap into the horror aspects pretty heavily by playing with perspective. solid characters, solid story and overall: enjoyable. eerie? yes, but a gripping read.
I will vouch for this manga till the day I die. beautiful and unique art with equally entertaining and enjoyable plot lines and characters. I would die for the mangaka. the coloured pages are beautiful and certain panels just makes me stop breathing with how amazing it is. a relatable manga which will 100% speak to artists and their own struggles - technical, socially or otherwise. it gets this motivation in you brewing and makes you want to improve.
at times, the art style is minimalistic which is a nice breather from the ever-chaotic landscape of mangas. there are, at times, some very detailed and beautiful panels which are equally appreciated. it rocks (heehee literally.) the story is amazing to say-the-least too. there's fantastic character development (positive changes and negative changes) which honestly? drives the story forwards in itself - anywho, interesting read.
the story and the art are both equally eerie and chilling. the ghastly visuals and horrifying story makes me shiver but in the best ways. I cannot express how much I was blown away - I found this on accident, but I am thankful that I did.
one of the most visually engaging manhwas I've read. each panel grabs ahold of me and tells me just enough, the artist does a fantastic job with the panelling and visuals. the plot is also very interesting and the mystery behind the connecting parallel dimensions has me on the edge of my seat and begging for more.
can't really say much about this, the aesthetic is immaculate and it's seriously beautiful in a creepy, unsettling way. the characters are quite interesting and the moral greyness the innkeeper has is drawing me in. oh yeah, and he's a pretty-boy soooo...
this is a super chill, relaxing read. I'm definitely one of those people who gets tired with all the drama in mangas at times and this is a fantastic break and a fresh breath of air at times. the characters are cute and super lovable - funny and relatable manga with great art too.
erm... you probably know this one already, but fantastic and energetic panels, not necessarily the best but really visually engaging, cool manga, cool characters, cool plot. super motivational (kinda.) it's one of those mangas that sticks with you.
might make you cry - intriguing and charming characters. the contrast with the actual subject of the story is quite dramatic and son-inducing, but it's definitely worth the read (and the guaranteed heartbreak.)
y'know when you feel so shitty that you feel so pissed-off about everything? this manga is brilliant for a good relax and is a nice breather away from the shittiness of life. cute, understated and relaxing. yeah, this'll boost your mood with its simple but adorable art and story. what can I say - yellow is a happy colour, and this is a happy manga!
