the story throws light into the life of a young boy, who is amidst in a journey of coming in terms with his sexuality. a beautifully written and drawn manga which follows and throws light upon the struggles of being gay.
personally speaking, i absolutely loved this story, the way it was expressed and the realistic view of how many of us struggle trying to fit in and fail to be true to ourselves was so so damn on point!

words itself cannot express my love for this manga.
yataro yaguchi is not your average delinquent; he studies hard, gets good grades, is on good terms with all of his classmates and has a genuine group of friends. however, aside from partying around and studying, his lifestyle is what you'd call...dull. so what happense when his dispassionate heart finds a calling in the world of art?
the story is absolutely gorgeous with intense inspirational undertones!

⚘ahh i love this manga so much,, one of the best bl mangas out there. what i really liked, loved, about this manga is that it has this feel to it, ya know? no matter how many times i've read it, it still remains so fresh! and the portrayal of the characters, the impulsivity, misunderstandings and the youthfulness of high school love was just amazing⚘

i am so in love with the mangaka and her works both. harukaze no etranger and the said manga's sequel are so soft and simply pure which just delivers the feels. either way its a really cute, with a bit of realism, story which makes you so comfortable and snug

prequel to harukaze no etranger, we get to see the past between shun and mio, and the beginning of their romance were sparks lit, and feelings bloom.

from all the lgbtq mangas i've read, this has to be the most brutally realistic one. it showcases the true side of things which are constantly romanticized in today's media; not only that it gives us an in depth understanding about the transgender community.
the manga has a strong bewitching spell, it drags you in, and shows you the disheartening way of life

gosh where do i even begin; everything about it is just so soft and so cute, and so perfect. saying that the manga is a treasure would be an understatement.
im not saying that everyone should read this but thats exactly what im saying
