Omegaverse/With Child(s) or Pregnancy

That is not an omegaverse. But uke is a half werewolf and seme is a vampire. So, after taking medicines uke had an uterus (that means he can get pregnant) and they have a child. After that uke became a vampire too. But in that story their son got older and had a lover too. His lover is a pure blood werewolf and pregnant with his "twins".

They are fated pairs. They had been together in their previous life but uke died when he is pregnant with seme's child. But in their present life uke is pregnant with twins a boy and a girl.
