HEAVY THEMES GORE HORROR

100% love this manga, it didn't even scare me once I saw the first part of her backstory, all I felt was sadness and emptiness. A serial killer donning a pumpkin mask is terrorizing a group of friends, Kazuya a member of this group realizes it is most definitely a girl that most of them bullied, who escaped the mental hospital and is after them to force them to suffer. SPOILER the beach dream made me incredibly sad, this author has an amazing story telling talent

GORE EXTREME HEAVY THEMES

The ousama game is simple, a king is drawn, with that role the player can make any other player carry out an action. This version has a horrid twist. Emails are sent out to the entirety of their class, if you don't follow the rules you receive a punishment, most likely death. Nobuaki loses everything, he has to push away everyone he loves, but his biggest wish is to destroy the game once and for all. Whether he succeeds or not...is up to the king.

GORE SUPERNATURAL HEAVY THEMES

The prequel to the first Ousama game on this list. This time the game is set before technology and follows the origins of "the king". The year is 1977, in a small village of only 32, a letter is found detailing a task, followed by a threat of punishment if said task isn't completed......Kazunari wants to make sure everyone he can save survives (but he's also in love with his cousin?? weird choice author but okay)
