This childhood friend happens to be a radiologist at the hospital he just got hired at, Dr. Amatsu is also amazing and very jealous of his skill. Sadly it turns out she doesn't remember him at all.

The general manager (unnamed) is seen as an extremely strict person, he's a middle aged divocee. Yukinoshita is an overworked middle aged employee of his, she's running herself ragged trying to complete her work while taking care of her dying mother. Though he's a cold person the manager does his best to relieve her of her stress.

Serina walks to he desk one day to find it's been vandalized with the lyrics to a love song, she responds, albeit rudely.
