Aw so sweet! Separated childhood friends to lovers. Chihiro is so cute and headstrong and Keigo is so earnest yet gentle, i love that he almost kissed Chihiro forcefully but apologized and cried hehe. Love these two, nothing less from Kotetsuko-sensei! A sweet, gentle budding love
Aww i really loved it, a unique omegaverse! Beta transfer student x omega who sells himself. It had some really great heart-wrenching but also some really fluffy and sweet moments to make up for it. 10/10 great read! Assertive uke ~ (hiroyuki isn’t perfect by any means but still pretty sweet)
Omg soo beautiful! There were some plot holes like why was lil bro Wilfred forgiven so easily for being a scumbag and whatever happened to Souichiro’s misophobia... but overall super awesome! Lots of unique tropes with multiracial omegaverse, seeing preggo and birth, omega’s having rights and the ability to succeed and be cocky even, just all around great things and great charas, Alec is a great gentle seme and Souichirou is a such a strong partner for the ling! 11/10 super cute

Wow, really really loving it so far and hungry for more! The characters are so endearing and Ian and Lou are so sweet to each other, even Ian with his aloof and clumsy affection. Lou is such a big puppy though haha but I’m really enjoying their moral battles and how they’ll be facing their problems together! Nice world building and other charas, great read. 10/10
Sooo sweet! A fluffy manga about a very unique couple, headless half-ghost x childhood friend. I love how much they think of each other but also how much of an ikemen Kaori is and how maiden-like Mutou is hehe. Hearts all around, 11/10!
I love these guys, so sweet and cute! I’m a sucker for chill high school boy relationships, and the student x sensei relationship was done right (cram school so not severe age gap + waiting), shima-senpai as the uke takes the lead which is super cute for puppy boy yoshimura(considerate seme)! All couples were great. Another commenter called this their comfort manga for sad days so i guess it’s my comfort manga now too

UTD ch33: WOW. What more praise can I give for this manga. Amazing art with bara men, great personalities and backstories, side charas and sideplots are awesome, plus a really great dynamic in bed feat. respect and switching?? So much more to love, will update then but for now LEOPOLD IS SO ADORABLE AND I WANT HIM AND TAEHOON TO BE HAPPY FOREVER

I totally agree with the point you made, but I just wanted to say I originally made this list for my personal use only hence why it’s not super neat and informative for other readers. I did originally also make this list for good semes who by my definition were pleasant to read about and generally didn’t engage in dub/noncon behavior, but that branched out to MLs in yaoi, shounen ai, and shoujo/josei as well. I actively look for manga where both partners in the relationship are equal without any weird power dynamics, which is why I put Ao no Flag hoping to say it was the opposite of imposing heteronormative views as it made it seem to you! I changed the title a bit to semes/MLs for more accurate generalization but won’t be going through the entire list since I still don’t plan on catering to other readers and getting more views, instead focusing on archiving my past reads. I never mentioned anything about the characters’ sexual lives and instead wanted to commemorate how lovely they were to each other in this reading list.
Hope this clears up any misunderstandings on my attention for future viewers of this list! Again, sorry it’s not very neat but I will continue to make all of my lists for my eyes only and am just happy to see anyone else enjoying some good manga you may find here ^^
I think this list could use some revising, I see that you put Ao no Flag in the list which doesn’t make sense to me because there is no sexual content to indicate who tops and bottoms. You’re kind of just assuming there’s a seme-uke dynamic because of their characters and size difference which is a bit heteronormative. They might be a vers couple for all we know

This is a really nice but if it doesnt bother you could you do a separate list for anything that aient bl or change the title because its a tiny bit missleading since on some page there are only shojo manga, beside that thanks a lot for the efforts you put in this list
Not a problem at all, thanks for your constructive criticism! Just changed the title to SEMES/MLs to account for the shoujo manga, I’m too lazy to make a separate list and edit this one and and that’s partly why I make the lists in the first place, so it’s easier to reread stuff I don’t wanna write new reviews for;;; sorry and thanks for understanding!

Aw thank you!! Like all my other lists I made these completely for myself with my ranty thoughts so I know in the future why I like/dislike a series so much (bc I always forget and it frustrates me lol) glad other people can benefit too somehow!
