Such cure development, again Imm a massive sucker for emotional-comfort bonding especially when one of the characters is troubled. Super cute chemistry and development. They have so much respect for one another and it’s so beautifully written.

I can’t personally speak on the quality of cultural-representation in this as a white person, but I will say it’s refreshing to see racism tackled in a manga featuring POC. This romantic development Was insaaaane and the way they come together despite all-odds is so sweet.

We’re still 20 chapters in without any uncomfortable sexual scenes/advances?!? A miracle. These two have such a cute dynamic and I’m enjoy the good intimidating, scary/ troubled-gloomy characters vs the sunshine, outgoing ones. It’s literal instant serotonin. I love how they both mutually grow from being friends with each other and actually GROW A FRIENDSHIP in the first place. It’s so refreshing and I’m obsessed with it!

Do yourself a favor and add this on your “want to read” list ASAP, or just start reading it. This dynamic was so stark but so beautiful. The mirror acting as some kind of weird soulmate portal is so fucking rad. I love how sweet it is that they just explore eachother’s personal space and cultures while also tackling their personal struggles. You really got a sense of growing with their relationship. In love with this dynamic too.

This one is not for everyone but I gotta have some stuff for my smut lovers. I hate dubcon as much as the next person and you’ll never believe this... THIS ONE HAS ACTUAL CONSENT IN IT!! They’re both horny and down to clown but it’s so unique how their relationship clearly developes beforehand. I’m absolutely in love with how great their chemistry is and damn that art.
