I totally loved this story with the tsundere seme Shusaku and his optimistic lover Haruna
I have never read a story with such a serious man as a love interest. There was something rather culturally authentic about Shu which I really appreciated and which sparked so nicely against Haruna’s western influence. I also loved how Haruna never held onto anger and how he was so good at getting along with the grandfather and sister. Beautiful art too, and plenty of time developing the characters
This was next level, god tier, mother fluffin adorable
I am embarrassed to admit I didn’t clue in that the “second story” was Dai’s past until I saw that tattoo. That one broke my heart, had me in tears and then looking angrily for the tragedy tag that would have made me avoid the story. But I am glad I read it because it shows why he will grab onto love and fight for it, putting that person he loves first. This was a beautiful manga even without that backstory, but with it included there was more poignancy and sweetness to the story of now.
So many wonderful stories and beautiful BL. Yamada Yugi has a talent at story telling and creating funny scenes and dialogue. The sad story at the end had me in tears, but there was sweetness in that too. Recommended.
Gah! It’s just so good!!
One of the best manga ever! Honda and Nagai are soo adorable, I think they work together much more than Saitou and Nagai would. They have the intensity and sexual chemistry plus the ability to be their true selves with each other that makes them so perfectly imperfect a pair. I thought at first that Saitou is someone seen through rose tinted glasses as cute and helpless so there was no real depth to transition to lovers with Nagai. That was until he got his strongest seme title, tied Nagai up an
A great story, these guys share a devotion to each other that spans decades and they still manage a cute, flustered blush. Adorable.
I enjoyed this story, all the brothers were adorable in their own ways. I don’t want to give spoilers coz there were some twists in there, just saying it was a good read will do for me ^.^
One of my favourite stories, mostly because despite any of the dramas (like being kidnapped, others interfering or falling for them, their quarrels), there is never any doubt of the love and devotion between Saku and Ryouta. I also absolutely adore their parent’s supportive attitude and understanding towards their love; so rare in yaoi or shounen-ai but so well done here. Always worth a re-read!
Yamamoto Kotetsuko is so talented, I am amazed that there were so many feelings elicited in me from a handful of short stories. I usually avoid one shots because so many fail to have me caring about the MCs. I got teary over the rape story, not just for the uke’s horrific experience but for the seme’s reaction. I am often awestruck by the beautiful, expressive faces the author draws, I love their work and can highly recommend this manga.
