Although guys in isekai type stories are common, BL or yaoi and shounen ai are harder to find I decided to make this list. If yall know any not on the list feel free to share.
Author got majorly sick and this has been on hiatus for a long time. But as of 10/31-11/1 2020 author has mentioned their health is better and they are working on season two.

the promos are usually a teaser for the light novels, and if the light novels get big enough. Often times the novels will get adapted into a manhwa. I'm my female lead lists I've had to change 'promo' because they now have an adaptation. So i add them to keep track as well and to let others know that the story already exist but usually in ln form.
