The MC, Han Yslat, is ruthless with his and his own team’s growth. There is no time for ‘blushing’ for these guys, men or women, they HAVE to grind in order to fight well because if they die, it’s permadeath. I have to stop getting attached to them because they always keep dying.
My guy Seong-woo is a total professional. This has zero dating, zero kissing, and zero "I must protect her because I love her" nonsense. If a character isn't helping him clear the apocalypse then, he doesn't have a moment in time for them.
NO romance, hell yeah. Romance is the ultimate waste here, since they’re all too busy surviving. Though there is a girl in his main party, but she is not a love interest. No one is, for that matter. Similar vibes to Kill the Hero.
I’ve finished the novel and I tell you throughout every single chapter there was not a single shred of ROMANCE.
You may proceed comfortably, second on my list, as this one is a cunning bastard.
Update: The artist in-fact, did not diverge at all from this very very satisfying route…! ! ! The extra stories, from here on out, weren’t in the novel though, but I wouldn’t mind the extra chapters.
