This story was dwelling on the topic of discrimination in a society or so I heard. But I'm reading this as all character are furry animals.
The story start with the world without human interaction and the fall of civilization after a mysterious weapon engulfed earth until one woke up after years or so. Though I'm more interested in the story than the science they do.
Your typical incarnation type story but instead of resurrecting as a hero or heroin, our MC was reincarnated as a sword. For me, it was interesting for a change.
