This has to be one of the most realistic romance out there. The characters are flawed: they're greedy, selfish, and just wants to feel loved.
Overall, prepare to get heartbroken

A lovely wholesome classic.
I remember watching the anime as a kid and WOW. The male lead made me believe in true love. The mc is also VERY likable and I rarely say that about shoujo mangas.
This has to be my favorite shoujo manga. You won’t regret checking it out <3

The perfect shoujo manga!
The main heroine is rarely annoying. Her character development is great asf. The story can get touching sometimes, and the main lead is very likable.
This story is really heartwarming, especially if you relate a lot to her. (if u watch anime, u prob got bullied in middle school lol)

It’s controversial, but I’ll let it slide
I’m usually not into StudentXTeacher, but this is the only exception. The story is beautifully written and the MC deserves the world. She struggles with her mental health and ML resonated with that and saved her from her attempt, which is how the story started.
I won’t be surprised if you guys don’t check this because I wouldn’t if I knew it was StudentXTeacher before reading it.

Simple and pretty just like a flower
This is one of those romance that feels like it could happen in real life. Both ML and MC are very likable. There’s no stupid misunderstandings like other Shoujo mangas. It’s just about two people learning to like each other.
The only thing that still makes it very Shoujo-like is the whole thing with the flowers and a few small troupes it took from Shoujo mangas.
