Maybe I was being a sensitive lil btch when I read this.. it wasn’t dramatically sad but I would say I think it was depressing in its own way. It deals with relationship problems and coming out.
Personally I hated the fck out of Lauren (the blond guy) I just couldn’t understand why he was so absent (mentality) at the beginning.. but later or I understood why he was avoiding his problems.
Made me BAWL my eyes out!! 20 chapters in and the dog made me emotional. Then at the end it was also really sad but I knew it was gonna be a happy ending so it didn’t hit me as hard :(
Cried just a little bit when the main couple had a fight in ch 5
EVERY. DAMN. TIME. THIS. MAKES. ME. CRY. MY. EYS. OUT.
This was depressing af. At some point I felt that they were doing more harm to eachother than good. They desperately tried to hold onto eachother even if they were both suffering in some way.
Despite all their difficulties and their misunderstandings at the end they figured their feelings and a way to be happy.
I pretty much started crying on ch 4 and didn’t stop until 7.5 when they were being wholesome
