It's the first time I read a story that feels unfinished but not rushed. It's not like the pacing was off because they decided to wrap things up sooner than expected, it's just that the author really needed to write like 5 (absolutely necessary) chapters more. To leave it like this is a bit unsatisfying and it's missing a proper closure. Still, if you're not reading this for the romance and you don't really care about seeing their relationship develop then I guess you could really enjoy it
Not really wasted potential, it's just that the age gap was indeed a bit too extreme for me to not be uncomfortable. I would have liked it more if the author took a little more time exploring how the boy's presence and personality affected the old man cause I just can't picture them having a nice and deep relationship in the long run and the feeling that the worlds they live in are just too different never really goes away. I felt like there was a big distance between them
An actual great story!! but the fact he's killed 15 people kinda sorta completely ruined it for me. It's dealt with like it's nothing and has no consequences plot-wise so if they could just take that part out it'd be a manga worth my stash list
Unluckily Lucky
