Usually in yaoi theres a dominant, so change in seme and uke positions is unthinkable and never happens. But in this they have equal respect for each other and its perfectly normal to switch roles, even though kato is the main seme (personally i prefer iwaki). But the cool thing is, either way the sex is so hot!
