to crop your prof pic (if thats what you mean im sorry i am not good at this XD) click your profile pic on the upper right by the clock, click "Setting", then a page should pop up that says in yellow "My profile setting"
from there you should be able to edit your avatar and there should be a square around the enlarged picture that you can drag around to show the part of your pic tht you want to see
