it was on vol. 1, ch. 3, page 1. I think it is this one: Daikirai Na Aitsu and the sequel or prequel is Kokoro To Karada No Hazam. (But it could also be Missing Code from the same mangaka) If its not - then the mangaka is definitely the right one and you only have to search a little bit ;)
