So shortening it to "flower painting" isn't that much of a sin, considering it's in the title. If you want to play who's the most knowledgable, you have to have knowledge.

Also if you want me to prove to you it's not fair use and thus copright infringement, fine, I'll do it, and then you can cry about how mean I am for educating you.
You can say that, since Abraham Mignonis a XVIIth century painter and likely died more than 70 years ago, it's free of use. But... It's forgetting this is a painting belonging to the Louvre. And the Louvre... Kinda has copyrights over their paintings and the pictures of said paintings that you can download.
Before you can argue that you didn't find it there, weirdly enough it doesn't excuse anything. Because that means you either found it on pinterest or the likes and didn't bother to check where it came from, or that you willingly ignored the big "painting exposed in the Louvre", and possibly this credit " R.G. Ojeda ; Réunion des musées nationaux - utilisation soumise à autorisation" and again didn't think that maybe the biggest museum in the world might have their collection copyrighted, or that the owner of the photo's copyright (R.G. Ojeda), had it protected under authorisation (whiwh means you have to ask them to use it directly, waiting on any proof showcasing Ojeda authorised you to use it in your webtoon).

So you didn't do any of those, which doesn't give you the right to use it, even less without giving asked credit.

And some might argue that using a painting that is not yours without credit in your own work is decieving the readers by pretending it is you who drew it or owns copyright of said image. Considering you opened a patreon (so trying to profit off your work, not a crime in itself), including art that is not yours might come off as slightly scammy behavior, althought I weirdly still have faith that wasn't your goal.

And no the Joconde isn't a good example because you can find free of use pictures of it online... However the only picture of "Fleurs dans une carafe de cristal placé sur un piédestal en pierre avec une libellule" is this one, so, oops.

You need to get a refund from your eye surgeon and use that money to get surgery that would actually fix your eyesight.

Funny enough... No picture taken on any camera while the picture is still in its gallery while being exposed will result on a zoom of this quality, when any sort of flash or lighting device isn't authorised inside (the painting is right next to a window so again the quality and lightning doesn't match those conditions). Next time you're gonna tell me your daddy owns the Louvre so you can take professional pictures of their collections whenever you want!
