Probably not. The first 3 volumes were officially translated in 2009. The rest of them finished in 2015 in Japan. if anyone was going to translate it they probably would have done it by now.

omg this manga is so freakin cute. i actually BOUGHT this manga at Chapters in Toronto and biggest mistake EVER. this manga is not going to come out in english ever! only can find to volume 3 the rest was CANCELLED!!!! i'll never no wat happens next!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There are at least two more in Japan. Probably not enough to tie up all the loose ends brought up by the creator but it was probably cut. I don't have a mailbox there so I can't buy them and it's going to be nigh impossible once I can get over there. I would almost go to Japan just for those.
