Although Tatsuki claimed he love Sora, I don’t see his love. I see a selfish man who love only himself and think of only himself. He knew of Sora traumatize and he still leave Sora alone by moving out. He never care to think of Sora feelings but his own. All he ever speak about throughout the manga is how he feel and never of how Sora feel. The cousin isn’t in love with Sora, but the way he treat Sora is more loving. He actually think of Sora deteriorates health and of Sora feelings, which is something Tatsuki never mentioned.
Just my personal opinion, it would have been better if Sora and Tatsuki went their own way and not end up together.
