the storyline goes crazy and it just keeps you wanting more. i really hope they give this manga the love it really needs. i pray that the manga truly gets picked up by an amazing studio and actually turned into a good ass show. i’m so glad i switched to the manga instead of watching the show they have up. the plot is amazing, the character development was there, and the connections made in this story is sooo life changing. the author ate that shit up.
i watched the claymore anime like 7 years ago & always thought it was great, but the ending was so bad... finally decided to read this & wow it blew the anime out of the park.. just peak
Was blown away when I discovered the name "Lautrec" in this masterpiece and was like, that's a Dark Souls NPC yo, and right after the scene where it shows two Claymores merging together and our bro Lautrec wears armor that looks like a woman is merging with him from behind. And Lautrec is a "western" country in Claymore while Lautrec from Dark Souls is from Carim, which is also a "western" country. First Berserk and now Claymore, Miyazaki really likes his grim dark fantasy horror series ╮(￣▽￣)╭
ever since i’ve read this, i kept on telling people that the is is my favorite manga. and that hasn’t changed ever since despite reading more manhwas/mangas. but you know what? i actually forgot most of the things that happened in the story but i still cant bring myself to say that this isn’t my favorite. Goes to show how strongly this manga made me feel things. I can forget a story but i can never forget how it made me feel. It must be so fucking good, i can’t wait to reread it again.

I only saw this so I'm sorry skwnsksks but it's really hard to choose a specific moment specially after the half part or the north mission they had, like the manga just gets better and better as well as the art that I tear up whenever I see a pretty panel The story quality never faltered or dropped until the end and every new Claymore characters that are introduced didn't feel forced and there are also times that I liked them more with how their story was also shared too.
Buttt if I really have to choose something I love, the first thing that comes to my mind other than the stuff I mentioned before are the awakening beings— I love their looks and how they're drawn, they're so so eerily pretty <3
