Bruh I just wake up and this one was the first one i've read HAHAHA. I really don't get all of the stories but I liked it, the jumpscare was the really one that got me the most and entertained me. I really wanna know what that all of that means so maybe I will read this again sometime.
I used to read these a while a go, and i also didn't find them that scary at first (Keep in my i live in an Asian country and have some cultural similarty to JP), but like the name of it (The Seed of Anxiety), i have anxiety for a long time whenever i come across the same type of place/situation as the story. Also, JP short horror medias are effective because, TBH, if you came across ghost, you probably would be dead before you know the cause
