he gives good advice but what irks me is the "workout less" "such a manly job" kinda shtick. i guess it's to attract other guys and it's ok to change some things but ppl who thinks women who are muscular in a insulting way makes me think they're insecure and just obv misogynistic. although Yoh would complain about it sometimes I think he's fine with it cause he likes her personality better
Absolutely LOVED the female lead, the male lead is pretty nice for an old romance shoujo manga. (Really unrealistic that Haruna doesn't get hit on when she's athletic and really pretty but it's manga logic so..) But I ABSOLUTELY DESPISEDDDD Asa and that glasses girl, how Haruna remained friends with Yoh's sister was beyond me Even Yoh despises his sister's actions sometimes, Mami was the real friend for Haruna idk why they kept including that freak into their lil duo lmao I would've much preferred to add Haruna's middle school "rival" into their trio than Asa and don't get me started on that other ho NO words can describe my hatred for that glasses girl, every chapter she was in I was literally pulling my hair out of anger

I love how they ended up embracing the fact that she's strong, and didn't make it a joke throughout the story, nor make the characters make fun of her for it Yoh is also a great boyfriend omg, such a green flag, they we're so great at communicating w each other Omg I love how every time Haruna feels insecure or sad, Yoh reassures her, and even notices js the little changes of mood, or that he nevee blames her or gets mad at her for the little things that happen to, or even when her emotions go overboard and acts like crazy, they make up in no time Also, they make such a good match AAAAAA, he's also so nice and such a good character, but always puts Haruna first over ANYTHING else, and even when somethings is embarrassing, he still does it for her!!! UUHGGG I LOVE THEM But back to Haruna, I LOVE HER SMMM, she's so bubbly and cute, and she's sooo nice I LOVE HER She's literally my favorite character. Also loved that in the chapter w the overnight trip he comforted her, and made sure that they were on the same page before doing anything, love that they always tell each other "I love you" or "I like you" Like, it's so silly since they're already dating, but it's always good to hear that from your partner! Just realised that it is from the same author of "My Love Story". I love anime version so much. Among shoujo anime that i watch on repeat.
No wonder Haruna kinda felt familiar. She is the female version of Takeo. Optimistic, noisy and funny. Yoh is like Suna. Nonchalant.
