Everyone here complain about yuya TF ??? When I first started the story, ok I get she’s greedy but through the story U KNOW WHAT HAPPEN ?? Growth !! We learn all about who she’s it and even underneath all that she still have a strong personality everyone here said Yuya is only whine about kyo but literally every characters here whine about Kyo also

I'm of the same feelings as you! I own the whole series and have read and reread so many times it's so damn good! I really believe there will never be anything like it. I originally watched the anime, then started buying the books and now I pretty much hate the anime because it does the manga such a disjustice. Again, I don't think anything will be like SDK but if we have similar taste in anything else you might enjoy 'I Choose the Emperor Ending'. It's on here but I'm all caught up and will start to support it on Tapoytoon as it updates. I haven't laughed as much as I have with this one in a while!
I know it’s been a year, but seriously read Berserk. It’s not even close to this, but a whole other level. Awesome art and character development with the main character Guts reminding me of the lonesome and badass Kyo, so give it a try if you like fantasy, action, horror and seinen manga

I just don’t like yuya... All she did 99%of the time is to scream “kyo” “kyo!” “Kyo!!!” I mean if she were an animal, she’s an animal that cries “kyo” so disappointed with her character...
For those who kept on asking why Kyo even loved Yuya when all she does is whine and is a helpless damsel in distress... It's because she believed in Kyo from the start, in no matter what circumstances, she always believed in him. Her blind trust in Kyo is what makes her so special to him. (look at all those woman who has essentially fell in love with Kyo, but ended up hating him cuz they didn't believe him enough, example: Mahiro). For Kyo, nobody has ever put such faith and trust in him like Yuya did (he was a demon child, and from the start practically everyone is wary of him). Trust me, if Muramasa wasn't his father figure and is a woman, I bet my arse Kyo would develop a romantic feelings for "her" as Muramasa is the only other individual who has a blind trust in Kyo.
yuya is not all bad but she is still only 16 and doesn´t fully realize if you get cocky you will soon loose your life i wish she would stop acting like such a bad ass because she really is not one i am not far in but it would surprise me if she died from her own helplessness before long
I don't understand why everyone loves Yuya. I'm on chapter 95, and I absolutley hate her. She's so stupid and annoying. She has caused trouble for the others since the beginning. She's a stupid, loudmouthed, rude Little b*tch. "I will take Kyo's head and get the money!" "Ooh, I'm so scared of him that I'm shaking." She thinks she is so strong but she hasn't been once. Please tell me why she is so loved. What's wrong with everyone?!!

No, I didn't like her in the end either and I can't understand how he could love her. But in every manga that love makes the difference. But she was still useless. I really loved everything else in the manga, I just don't like her.

For me the reason why Yuya is so unlikeable is because Kyo likes her for no reason. Like, there is no single thing that's good about Yuya. If you wanna talk about a girl who's devoted to Kyo, take Okuni. She's strong, she sacrifices a lot for Kyo, she risks her life for Kyo. Yuya is just a type of character I can't stand.
