It's rather annoying to not know the root for all the problems and who was behind it. Even if that is for the readers to find out they should have given the answer on a special page or something. Also it leaves the fate of shizuka unclear, we know he was captured but that's it.
I would have given a better rating if it hadn't cut off with such little conclusion.
It very well may be the actual ending, which sucks I might add, because if you notice, every volume has about 5 chapters to it. The third volume has nine chapters to it. It could very well be the people who uploaded this forgot to make a distinction between the volumes. If there is another volume to this, it would make me happy as I had liked this manga till I read chapter 18.

Open endings are one thing. Leaving for interpretation is ok, but this is the author throwing all his job on the reader.
