Coming back to read this, it wasn't as bad now bcs my comment on this was who does Sei actually like? But obvious someone you have a deep past with, it's hard to let go of even if you've fallen for someone else. Although it takes the mistakes you've made to realize the mistake that you made or either will make show your real feelings. And I'm only saying this I literally saw this same situation in a tv show. Where a character is with someone else that they love but the person from their past who they did have deep feelings for cause the person to sleep with them, betraying the person they loved. Which then that person had to do some serious break and talking to ex to actually get back a chance with the person they love. Besides, these men aren't in their right mind probably going through some harsh shit so yeah. You can't expect the best from Sei...
I am not satisfied about the characters of this manga. They are kinda lacking. And rape will never be forgivable/forgetable in this life time (for me). But linth is cute.... idiotically kind of cute. And sei is a handsome 30% slutty seke. I like his green hair.

Yours is the only comment regarding Sei's wavering that made me think, "Finally, someone is reading deeper than just the words on the page." I don't think Sei is a "bad" guy or even a cheater, but the way he acts differently in the different "positions" also bothers me. I don't like the idea that an uke should be weak or easily manipulated. I dislike that stereotype, well honestly, any stereotype. I guess I know too many manly bottoms in real life. LOL Then I stop myself and remember this is erotic fiction for women. A reader has to relate to a character or admire/ be turned on by a character. Since, as women, we don't get to play switch, an uke is supposed to be the character we relate to and the seme turns us on. Again, that brings up the stereotype that women are weak and easily manipulated. Which, of course, makes me dislike the stereotype even more since nothing can be further from the truth. In short, screw stereotypes!

And Sei has not been with Touri since he got together with Linth. All the scenes where Sei and Touri are shown in intimate situations where Sei accepts him are all flashbacks. Every time Touri approaches Sei intimately, he turns him down. I think there is a deeper story behind why Sei can't just flat refuse Touri. Possibly a debt of honor in their past.
