The MC is a doctor and go transferred to a town that's pretty much out in the country side. He ends up lost in the woods with no cell reception. Then the MC's love interest finds him on request of the towns people. The floor of the room he was supposed to stay in broke so he stayed in the love interest's mansion like house. The love interest is claustrophobic due an accident. The MC suffers from a trauma because he didn't take the time to hear out his friend and then his friend committed suicide.
