109 wow the epilogue is kinda.. uh… depressing Started retreading on 6/7/22, finished 104 on 7/7/22. I think it’s mostly pretty faithful to the novel but added stuff that didn’t happen, like them having met during their childhood but since it kinda gives context to how the prince got his powers I guess it’s fine. Also after the main story ended, something happened so their daughter is turning back time? Definitely new but okay I’m curious. And Mielle, wow… her victim mentality is so strong; she blames everything she does on others and feels so entitled thinking everyone should listen to her so she feels frustrated when things don’t go her way. 44 better trans on manganelo Novel 231 (+ summary of side stories) This is interesting in that it’s REALLY like an otome game - MC first starts out unable to speak and having to choose from dialogue options in front of her. She can also see favorability % on top of ML heads. Side note: Bookmarked on 24/10 where I read till the updated ch105 on novel. Checked novel today, 2/1, and it’s completed. Final: finished the novel on 8/1/21 and read the summary of side stories cos meh. This story started out really good and exciting with lots of potential - but later on it took a turn for the worse and wasted a lot of that potential. I was struggling to see it through to the end. But there was a good bunch of chapters towards the later half where I cried really hard bc poor Penelope. Derrick is awful and past the point of redemption; Leonard was surprisingly a better brother. Vinter was so... triggering. Even Penelope could’ve done a better job than him... It was clear than Eclipse(??) was going down the yandere road, but it could’ve been much better and him betraying Penelope was just- bye. Callisto was the only one who ever saw Penelope on equal grounds and treated her as such. Sigh. Still, the concept of the system controlling her body during quests or giving her cheats (e.g. shooting the crossbow & giving her the spell chants) was really cool and unique.

52 …..???? I’m so confused by MC’s backstory. Supposedly, she died and reincarnated or transmigrates into the villainess of a novel, who lived a similar life to hers. If that’s the case, why does MC personally fear the villainess’ ex-husband who abused and killed her? She didn’t experience that herself right? — Okay after seeing someone else’s comment, it seems I was right; the author has been changing MC’s backstory.
