Naru has been manipulating Oto since a very long time... It almost seems, like Naru had always intended to mould Oto's feelings/desires/future to his convenience. Oto' s so obsessed with Naru;he has become interdependent on the former for almost everything.
But Will Naru will able to manipulate the uke's innocence forever? Once he becomes adult/mature enough to understand the seme's puppetry, will he continue to be by his side? It doesn't matter if the seme's kind/caring or just being over-protective, but imposing his feelings on the uke without any choice/"consent in the right mind, after attaining maturity" is basically caging the another with railes of "LOVE". Then just like any other confined being, the vitality of life/relationship itself will start to drain out.
