This guy really thought he wrote something that was deep huh. This was just a gross combination of stereotypes. I hate how this gained popularity in japan. It's just going to continue to spread and reinforce negative stereotypes and ideas people have of gay people (ex. an older gay man having a "relationship" with a minor). Miura being a fujoshi who openly fetishozes gay men- I thought they were going to explore the negatives of that but nope. Instead she utters the brilliant line "god is a fujoshi" at the end.
Read if you hate life.
Also, just because it explores the negative reality of being a gay person, does not make this realistic.
