MC: Park mokhwa- Chief foot soldier of dongyang pk (gang). Gwangwoos right hand man. MC was a target for the police and was jailed for 3 years during a crackdown. He's considered a hero since he kept his mouth shut and PK got away. Police thought Gwangwoo stabbed him in the back during the crackdown. They thought he would join the gang back or get revenge but he started working in a flower shop. ML: Kim nakwan- Saved him in the alleyway when he was stabbed and betrayed during the crackdown. Initially, ML does this to see how things play out and to manipulate MC not only for the fun out it but to use him as bait to catch dongyang PK and its leaders, Park gwangwoo, and Kim Gap Seon. Dongyang pk- Gang became a corporation style organization. Park gwangwoo led the gang to its peak. The dongyang also transformed itself into a financial services company. The organization is split into 2 factions P and K. Park: Park gwangwoos faction Kim: Kim gap seons faction :warning:SPOILER BELOW:warning: (MC) Park mokhwa is just a really unlucky guy and his life is quite tragic honestly. He was abandoned by his mom who gave birth to him as a single mom and he never knew his father. He ends up living at his uncle/brothers house. He was then charged for manslaughter at 17 because he killed his, cousin's aka his niece's, husband who was a disgusting scumbag and was involved in gang r@pes. MC finds out about his plan to use his niece in one of these GRs and beats him until he dies. The niece blames him for what happened and treats him like a monster. He's cut off from his uncle/brothers family completely. He then had to serve around 10 months in juvie. And as soon as he was released he started working for Gwangwoo/Dongyang PK. He's been working for them for like 10 years now (ML) Kim nakwan wants to use mokhwa as bait to catch park gwangwoo. Nobody knows what gwangwoo looks like and park mokhwa is the closest person to him. The ML r@pes MC because he knows he wont talk and uses it as a form of humiliation the first time. But as ML starts becoming a bit closer to MC he starts liking him unconsciously but uses the excuse of work. ML r@pes the MC the second time after waiting for him at his flower shop out of jealousy and anger because he thought the MC went back to gwangwoo after finding out gwangwoo actually didn't betray him.The Ml does not realize his feelings for MC and tries to use excuses for his reason for wanting to constantly see MC. ML realizes how pure and naive MC actually is. Mokhwa opens his guard up to anyone who is nice to him and he also has severe abandonment issues. The ML eventually accepts his feelings for MC mokhwa and regrets how he treated him. Park gwangwoo: One of the leaders of Dongyang PK. We hear about him a lot in the manga but he is not really shown. We see a scene of a man in suit standing outside of the flower shop giving jung ae money in an envelope with MC name on it then leaves (jung ae is shop owner/takes care of mokhwa). We also see the same man in a party for alumni that ML attends. He goes by the name lee kangwoo and runs seoyang. Turns out Lee kangwoo is actually park gwangwoo and that he never actually betrayed MC mokhwa. In fact you can see how he actually cares about him and trusts him. He took a big risk to visit the shop and give almost 100 mill won. The reason for MC mokhwas stabbing and demise was because of kims faction. The MC never finds out about this money because jung ae hides it from him fearing he might return to the gang instead she uses that money make him the owner of the flowershop. MC is still not sure if park gwangwoo betrayed him or not but he doesn't want to find out. As I said he has severe abandonment issues and he doesn't want to find out what really happened so he doesn't go back to the gang. Kim gap seon: Second leader of dongyang. He wanted to take down park gwangwoo through MC mokhwa and had his underling betray and stab him 3 years ago. Everyone thought it was gwangwoo who betrayed MC mokhwa.
