this story and especially the main character really resonated with me in how he felt towards life and it was so great to see him find the desire to live again. cried multiple times. uke is depressed and tries to commit suicide by jumping in front of train. he wakes up a high schooler again and he meets seme, who obviously likes him and clearly says so. seme is a track star 1 year younger and uke used to be a track star but had a knee injury and never ran again. seme keeps asking him to run and in this dream he does but real life he never did. this time he also accepts seme's confession to date. and he's kinda pushy about wanting sex though seme is very pure hearted and wants to make sure all the proper processes are followed. when it's time to consider future plans, seme asks him to go to t uni cuz it allows non-athletes to be involved in the track club. and then 1 year later seme will follow him there. but uke is like no way i'm not going there cuz i can't even run and i don't want you to come to this school for me when you got an offer from s uni which is an amazing track school. so they argue and uke says some mean things about gay couples having no future so no need for uke to do all that. then uke wakes up and realizes it was all a dream and he's in the hospital. he goes to find seme now. they're like 27 28 i guess. seme is retired track star with multiple medals, now teaching at t-uni. seme is happy to meet uke on sight and doesn't seem surprised at all. he gives uke a little kiss and said you came because of this right lol. and turns out seme has always been waiting for uke to come to him. he even said in an interview on national television that he'll be waiting. but uke was avoiding news of him and never saw anything. actually seme said in various interviews about how much he admires uke and how uke is his inspiration and how he wants to run with uke again and sweet things like this. cute ending of them having sex after uke has healed from his attempted suicide injuries. seme promises to never let uke feel that way again and uke is happy to be alive and looking forward to life. all he had wanted was someone who could love him and now he definitely has that. he actually dropped out of school or something in real life after the fight with seme and had bad bosses and bad encounters with men. anyway, so glad he is over that now and this manga really gives suicidal people hope. i really felt it and was touched by its message.

THIS IS SO FUCKING GOOD, THE FUCKING BEST I'VE READ IN A LONG TIME. CRIED AT HOW BEAUTIFUL THE STORY AND CHARACTERS ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes the tags don't make much sense in the conventional sense, but though seme raped uke first, their relationship was slow to come around and it's not just a series of mindless sex until feelings develop. so uke, a fox guy, is given as a bride to the wolf clan for peace. but in reality the fox clan hated uke cuz he has 9 tails and wanted uke to kill seme to start a war. and they didn't care who killed who to do it. first night, seme going in to embrace uke which is the marriage tie custom thing. and uke goes in for the kill lol. seme throws him off and uke tries to run away but seme catches him and rapes him to finalize the marriage. after that seme keeps uke in chains but treats him well and tells him to live well and be his wife properly. uke thinks a lot about what a wife is, and thinks he needs to service seme sexually. he comes onto seme and seme doesn't resist but is kinda just watching him take initiative. after that they start having sex quite often and grow closer. at least uke doesn't think to kill himself or seme anymore cuz there's no point in it for him. and seme releases his chains so uke is free. then we find out seme has a secret about being an abnormal monster too. every full moon, he turns into a werewolf but none of the other wolves do this. so he is locked up and kept secret from everyone except family. seme's brother shows uke this werewolf version of seme and seme breaks out of his cage and attacks uke. but uke is happy to accept seme's bite cuz he thinks finally this is what a wife is. someone to support the husband and be there for him and stuff like this. seme comes around during the attack or something, so didn't kill uke. they have sex once uke is healed up and now they're truly in love so it feels different for uke. their days pass well like this, but uke eventually wants to leave the house. so they go off together into the forest on an adventure, leaving the wolf village. it's soon the full moon and seme goes into a cave to wait it out, uke watching over him from outside. uke sees some humans come and transforms into his fox form to stop them. they shoot him. seme comes out, wanting to protect uke, and gets shot too. thank god we then see it was only tranquilizers and actually the people who shot them knows seme's mom. they are taken to a village where beastmen and humans live in peace together and nobody thinks uke or seme is a monster for their differences. and at the end we see wolf and fox tribes getting together to start peace negotiations!!!!! super sweet and gorgeous the whole way through. i love this author so much, masterpiece after masterpiece. and beautiful message about not judging others by appearance since we're all living things trying to live in this world. and don't give up on life! ABSOLUTELY SO GOOD.

honestly super great touching sweet story. amazing art, it's really a masterpiece in terms of storytelling. i just dislike traumatized characters like uke here who i can't put the best tag. uke is gay and confessed to his crush in his last year of high school. that guy, a senpai??, raped him in a karaoke booth and put to cigarette burn marks on the back of his neck. he got found later passed out on the street and taken to hospital and ofc they took action against the senpai. but now uke is repeating his last year of high school. he spends a lot of time during class with his head resting out the window. seme is in the class next door and sees uke doing this a lot and gets curious about him. he hears from his friends that uke stayed behind a year and then hears in the bathroom people gossiping about how uke was raped. seme told them to stfu and then uke came in and saw them and obviously heard their convo before. later from the window uke writes on some paper to start talking to seme. seme is super overjoyed and asks what elective uke is taking and seme takes it too. they meet up in the art classroom and seme is super sweet and friendly from the beginning. the art teacher is happy to see uke get a group of friends because he knows what happened to uke. so they're getting along well and decide to go home together. but then seme touches uke's hair at the back of his neck and uke suddenly pushes him off and goes home by himself. seme realizes he probably did something bad but didn't know how to apologize or talk about it. they don't meet until next week's art class where seme is acting normal. i like how he acts like a normal person and doesn't hate seme forever or something for that lmao. and uke later writes a window message to seme to walk home together cuz he wants to talk. walking home, uke asks to go to a karaoke bar and seme agrees. there uke tells seme the story of his assault and the burns on his neck. seme takes this chance to confess to uke lol. uke ofc is confused and does not give an answer right away but they keep being friends as before. then end of the semester is drawing closer and uke reveals that he's leaving this school next semester and going to the countryside to live with his grandma. there's a bit of drama here cuz seme is super sad and doesn't know how he can stop uke but he tells uke to talk with his mom about it. uke thinks his mom doesn't want to deal with him anymore and that's why she's sending him away. but seme is like no your mom just really loves you and worries for you here. so uke and mom talk behind the scenes and uke comes back to tell seme that he's staying here next semester as well. and then uke holds his and and it's basically a sign that he's accepted seme's feelings and uke goes in for a kiss. love that uke is not permanently damaged or shy from his rape. he's such a normal guy it feels so REAL. after that they go to seme's house where everyone is super friendly like seme lol. and they try to get in some touching but seme's family keeps interrupting them. and they decide to do it next time at uke's house instead where it's less busy. we see their first time in the extra where uke is hurting during their first time but wants to keep going and they just hold each other and kiss sweetly. honestly amazing story, if someone likes this trauma character and story it would be a masterpiece for them.
