Story of the innocent happy go lucky Takamasa's normal world turning upside down after accidentally being pulled into the Saiki family affairs. And thus his days of agony begins when he attracts the unwanted attention & love of Saki family's son, Souma (I copied this summary from another user). But that's it. Tragic till the end, unstoppable twist, so many ironies, angst story, but that's why I called this a masterpiece.

This makes me feeling empty too…
