Haname and Arashi are friends since their childhood. When Arashi fell in live in Haname he developed a "love sickness". The medicine he had to take from then on made him dull to his feelings towards other people.
As soon as he skips his daily medicine he starts noticing the feelings for his childhood friend Haname.
-> Story could develop over a longer period, but its still an interesting/fresh idea.
