I mean, I cooouuuld add the tag for yaoi, but does a dragon really licking our protagonist and putting a scale count inside his chest count as sex? Perhaps spiritually for some of you, but I'm taking ZERO chances with that tag. It was more likely shounen ai, except no kisses were shared - and the characters just rode on the coattails of well-constructed plot, the inevitability of time passing by, and the inability to understand humans. It also focused on rising emotions rather than in other stories where kisses are the love language (because in cultures that's considered bogus and barbaric - fun fact I bet you've now learnt). This is awesome, so I'm very mad at myself I put it off for so long. Four stars, for art, story and characters. Not five, because my standard is still too damn high after all these years. For example, one story out of the four I gave five stars to is At the End of the Road, yet both of these stories are equally tremendous in storytelling and have beautiful art.
