A college student named Mitsuko works at his uncle's hostel. On his way from an errand, he finds an unconscious yokai, Tenshi. When Tenshi wakes up he acts ferocious and arrogant. The story is about a fallen angel and a demon. Both have lived on for centuries but they hold different views about love and relationships with humans. What will the future bring for these two? Will Tsukiya ever find an everlasting love in a human or should he just settle for Gento?

Ch 1 - The black Gozu and the white Mezu guard the front and back of the gate to the Underworld. The only time they are able to meet is during the diminutive span of time when the gate is open.
