Mitsuru (uke) and Kouichi have been together for 5 years. However, unknown to Mitsuru, 24yo, Kouichi is being pressured to get married and start a family. Bartender, Shougo, has been lending Mitsuru a shoulder to cry on at his bar, secretly harboring a crush on Mitsuru.
