Kurosaki and Ishida. I don't know these characters. I'm guessing they have a history/manga that precedes this. What the neck was this? Kurosaki is desperately looking for Ishida, who is dazed and somewhat disheveled when Kurosaki finds him. Ishida is unresponsive, initially, but seems not to recognize Kurosaki. The only thing Kurosaki can think of to bring Ishida back to his senses is to bind Ishida's hands and rape him?! Dufuq is this?!
