Tomoya, a temporary worker who looked after a lonely old psychic "aunty" is told by her that he will inherit her house and "the family in it" when she passes away. Instead, after her death, when he goes to retrieve his phone and tidy up the yard, he discovers that a strange man owns the deed to the property. With this stranger, Hikaru, comes a mystery, some pain-in-the-arse relatives and a full-time job, but is it worth it?

Cute and pleasant story about a very agreeable 17-year-old student, Shouta, who falls for Mihara, an elementary school student-teacher who is experiencing an identity crisis over his sexuality and goes into a gay bar out of curiosity. Unfortunately, this manga has not been updated in ages, and because it hasn't yet been licensed in English, one must assume that the scanlation team has either, gone defunct, dropped it or restricted access.
