I fucking love yohan so so much. really adorable, the Manhwa is really chill too there's not too much conflict besides normal relationship problems, like yeah there is one major conflict but for the most part its just two loving boyfriends gardening, and making yummy food and drinks in a cute lil cafe.

I thought I might not like this one but surprisingly all the medical stuff is still interesting. I feel like I'm actually learning a lot about diseases and such. Its interesting to think about, if you could go back in time, could you prevent the biggest pandemics in history? if so can someone pls visit us from the future and stop the one that's going on right now lol

I love everything about this Manhua except for Beatrice :/ hope karma comes soon for her ass

maybe its just me but I feel like all the characters are extra beautiful in this Manhua. all the main characters are really cute and likable

wow finally a story where the second male lead gets justice
