Seme is such a psycho. Art is good story not so much

Why the f is there such a disturbing oneshot in the middle of this? I got so taken aback. Anyway i love the main story seme is kinda creepy but its good that he realized his stalkerish ways and tries to change. What semes been doing is funny to read but such a no-no irl.
