One day, dungeons and monsters emerged in the middle of cities, and players who had received the gods' authority appeared. Se-jun Lee, the guild master of the Messiah Guild, was supposed to bring salvation, the world believed in him and so did ML. But he tuned out to be a deceitful hero with the secret ambition to rule the world causing ML to lose his life at his blade. Before 'dying' ML hear an announcement, "Starting game," and he had returned to the past, before he had awakened as a player with the mission to hunt Se-Jun Lee.
