This is horribly realistic. I love how the author portrayed pedophilia as it is - disgusting. This showed the harsh reality and vicious cycle brought about by conservatism (close-minded "therapy") and mental illness.
As said in a comment, this is a very sensitive topic to cover in only 6 chapters.
I'd love to read more realistic mangas like this, portraying something disgusting as actually disgusting, showing its adverse effects to everyone it involves, whether it's the victim, the criminal, or just some collateral damage.
