Me in ch 1 page 31: Go ahead and cut his dick! Damn, he was heavily abused and raped by his own lover - yes, rape also exists between lovers. What really hit me was his line "I didn't know sex could feel this good." It was extremely heartbreaking to see him feel so bad about himself that he genuinely believed that he didn't deserve anything except an abusive relationship. On the other hand, it's heartwarming to see him finally standing up for himself and getting better. I also loooooove manager-san. Mother feels, ate (older sister) feels. It was so cute to see her cry when she was worried about the MC - partially because the accident was her fault, but more of because she loved him (not in a romantic way ofc). Ahhhhhh, I love her so much T_T If I had any problem with this manga, it's that their first time (mc and the good seme, not the ex) was done because the MC was heartbroken. It feels like a rebound relationship ngl. All's well that ends well though :))

Straightforward mc, open-minded seme, cute kid, lovable side chara (best man, duuuude, I love how he's part of the fam even though he's a legendary 3rd wheel 4evs; love how his love for mc is wholesome af). Oh, and I looove how the uke is not jealous of the late ex-wife so wholesome. Lol, their convo on the scenario if the wife is still alive sounds like they'll be a poly relationship hehehe. Or maybe not, it's just an "if" after all (on a side note, I read this about 2-3 years ago and I still remember the story by only reading the last chapter (which is an extra!))
