I can't believe I'm saying this, but this is actually hot.

Ignoring the blackmail part, the story fell flat (imo). There was a build up with the MC getting caught by the classmate sitting behind him, or even that he's a 3rd party to a love triangle. But nope, just nothing. Then it just ended up with the MC liking the ML for... Idk? Nothing either, I didn't really feel anything and instead it felt like he just became horny (despite the words "if it's him, it's fine"). The ML's love doesn't feel organic either, it's just him liking the MC from the start and catching him in a vulnerable state and taking advantage of it

The story in itself is bland (it's cliche and there's nothing special about it except for the weird obsession with the underwear) and the execution is bad. The story is all over the place, nearly reaching a pwp but has some sort of plot. And then there's chapter 5. Where the seme's dad drugged both his son (i think) and the uke. And proceeded to sexually harass the uke and borderline rape him (I honestly consider it as rape even though there's no dick in ass). Wtf. So unnecessary.
