Very sweet manga about a man whom struggles to comes to term with his unrequited love while unsuccessfully denying the romantic advances of his next door neighbor.

Very sweet story. Refreshing, surprisingly mature seme that falls in love first with a stubborn uke. I would've liked a second volume, but the story didn't really seem strong enough for one. I still really enjoyed it though. Bravo!
