The most heart-wrenching story which would make one confused and uncomfortable yet also so sad you feel like jumping into the manga itself. He deserves someone better and I want to see his brother grieving face when he committed suicide by the side of his illusion love. The sad fact is that his most trustworthy person and the most loved person who done and did everything for him is simply his delusion and no more but I would like to believe that he lives somewhere in him.
