Yurina is the villainess of a novel who our FL possesses during Yurina's childhood. The og villainess died because the heroine's 2nd fish (which is said obsessive servant and ML here) killed her. It's kinda cliche but it works. There are some nice details, like how FL renames him, and how she can reveal herself to him because he only knows the her now, and not the pre-posession Yurina. But for me it got boring after chapter 25-something-ish. The plot felt like it was stuck, showing off how Ray and FL bond over and over again. May just be my impatience here, anyway-

Too early to judge this too much, but I like it. It pretty much falls into this shoujo manhwa niche where the MC is from a romance novel that takes place in a fantasy empire. Our MC is the typical villainess of "superior blood", who turns into a jealous witch after the FL of the novel starts outshining her. Through a sort of prothetic/magic dream, she gets access to this story and gains new insights and knowledge, which she uses to her advantage. The pace so far has been good, and it's entertaining imo. Our MC's character is consistent, and even though she is an OP magician, she still has weaknesses. It also helps that in most situations, using her head/heart is the go-to route, while magic is more of a convenient tool. Other than that, idk. I'm ready for more.

MC works as a maid for the palace, and gets promoted to be the Empress' personal maid bc she's super skilled. Said Empress has one hell of a temper and bad rep for an extra challenge. This didn't go where I thought this was gonna go, but still pretty nice over all. The yuri bait feels intense, especially in the first few chapters before the story introduces the Emperor and crown prince as respective love interests for each of them. Don't play with me, MC and the prince are so gonna end up together, we saw and we knew asap. A shame but whatever honestly. I'm mainly interested in seeing MC and empress slay together and up their reputation, now that we're in a bit further into the story it's starting to really come through. Gonna watch out for more of this.
