Elise was reincarnated 2 times. The first instance when she was a Queen, she was burned by her husband as a punishment and got reincaenated in the modern times and trained as a doctor as payment for her sins. The second time was when she finally became a renowned doctor and got nto an airplane accident, reincarnating into the time of her first life, before she got engaged with the Crown Prince. This time around, she didn't plan on becoming empress but to be a well-known doctor.
This is quite a read. Although there are times that some of the settings were quite confusing. But it is still such a wonderful tale and adventure of how Elise became the "Lady with the Lamp".
